The movie explores the exciting and colorful world inside the smartphone that we sleep on every day. There, Gene (T. J. Miller) was an unusual M.E.H emoticon when he could not make a face that looked like he was looking at his parents. Gene is considered a failed symbol and stands at the risk of being wiped out completely. Gene and Hi-5 groom (James Corden) and her Jailbreak (Anna Faris) form a team of circumstances put together to escape. On the journey, they go through applications such as Facebook, Candy Crush, Twitter, ... with countless bad jokes and dangerous situations.
