As the villain scientist Dr.Hell led his wicked squad of Underground Empire to destroy humanity, Koji Kabuto raised against evil force with the help of the super robot- Mazinger Z and for once, peace returns as Dr.Hell evil plan was stopped.

10 years after the final fight, Koji left his pilot seat and followed his father's and grandfather's path of science, yet an unexpected encounter deep in Mount. Fuji triggered a new destiny and greater threat to all mankind. And now all humanitie's fate is at the hand of Koji and Mazinger Z as they can be both God and Evil.
