Synopsis

In the 17th century, a farmer`s family is thrown into panic and despair when their youngest son, Samuel, suddenly disappears without a trace. Eldest daughter Thomasin is blamed as she was there when the baby vanished. Twin siblings Mercy and Jonas suspect Thomasin of witchcraft and black magic, and this torns the family apart, as the suspicion and accusation test the family`s loyalty and love among one another.
