Just three months before happy couple Hisashi and Mai are about to get married, a cardiac arrest causes Mai to fall into a coma. Even though Hisashi prays for her recovery and she eventually regains consciousness, yet another challenge awaits her. The movie is based on the non-fiction book, 8 Nen Goshi no Hanayome Kimi no Me ga Sametanara.
