Synopsis

Based on the biblical epic of a champion chosen by God to deliver Israel. Samson has supernatural strength but he also makes impulsive decisions, pitting him against the oppressive Philistine empire. Having been captured and blinded after being betrayed by a wicked prince and a beautiful temptress, Samson calls upon his God once more for supernatural strength. He manages to achieve victory despite imprisonment and blindness.
