Synopsis

The film tells the story of two brothers living in a mill town in the economically depressed Rust Belt. A cruel twist of fate lands the elder brother in prison and the younger becomes involved with a violent Northeastern crime syndicate. When Russell Baze is released from prison, he finds that his younger brother has been brutally murdered. Baze then sets out to avenge the death and track down the killer.
