Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Lucasfilm has launched an exciting new trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story, the second stand-alone instalment Star Wars anthology movie following 2016's Rogue One.

Set prior to the events of the original 1977 Star Wars film, Solo: A Star Wars Story is described as a space western and follows a young Han Solo. Through a series of daring escapades, he meets his future co-pilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian. 

Directed by Ron Howard (The Da Vinci Code; Rush), the movie stars Alden Ehrenreich (Hail, Caesar!) as Han Solo, Woody Harrelson (War for the Planet of the Apes) as his mentor Tobias Beckett, Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) as the mysterious Qi'ra and Donald Glover (Spider-Man: Homecoming) as Lando Calrissian.
