The first movie of the two-part series set in the late `70s to early `80s, in the mining town of Kolar Gold Fields. It follows Raja Krishnappa Bairya Rocky, a man born into poverty who arrives in Bombay looking for power and wealth. He becomes involved with the gold mafia there and is recruited to kill the oppressive heir-in-waiting of the gold mines.
