This movie was way better than the first one. It had emotional conflicts, a good story arch, it was extremely funny and had good unexpected twists that the first movie did not have. The first movie was very predictable whereas this movie tried to explore many more avenues of character growth, plot twists and the Jumanji story world definitely improved. I will recommend this movie to anyone who didn’t like the first movie because this will redeem it!
There were a lot of references from the first movie but it should be ok to follow if you havent watched the first jumanji. There were funny parts and was generally quite interesting!
Nothing can go wrong with jet black and awkwafina! Am glad that all roles get their fair share of air space. Was worried there's too much focus of emphasis on DJ prior to catching the movie
The casting couldn't have been more spot on! Each character delivered in terms of adding to the humour, which made this film a lighthearted and enjoyable one to catch with my family, despite not having watched the first one in the series.
It's an entertaining, funny, friendship-focused movie. However, there was a lot of unnecessary bad language for a movie I thought would be more kid-friendly. They said the s**t word twice,quite a few g-d and "what the hell".
