Synopsis

Terry`s grandmother used to tell fairy tales consisting of balloon kingdoms, police dragons, and happy wizards. One day, Terry is transported to a magical land that is quite similar to his grandmother`s tales but not as cheerful. There, he must stop the mean-spirited wizard called Grump.

Mr grumpy turns the town. An ok ok cartoon. Didn’t really have a good story line to it, definitely not a movie to look forward to watch
