The third film of the "Free!" series takes place in spring. Haruke Nanase just graduated high school and is looking for a place to live for when he starts going to college next month. He visits a real estate agent recommended by Coach Goro Sasabe but is met with a surprise when he visits the agent`s office. Meanwhile Aiichiro Nitori and Momotaro Mikoshiba are considering graduation gifts to give to Rin Matsuoka and Sosuke Yamazaki.
