The artwork projects they co-created had great stories. Fell in love with the journey. It's as much fun to watch Varda and JR interacting with each other as it is to hear the stories of the people they meet in their travels or to see the resulting works of art.

The film is a memory trip for the 88-year-old. Each memory opens a doorway to other memories. A documentation of JR’s projects and interventions. Each has their own vision of things and together they bring something out of the ordinary. The shots were interesting to watch. A tribute to rural France and as a reflexion on art, friendship and morality.
