IT engineer Yan Jian goes to North America to enter a competition, in which the winner will be given the power to control the communication between south and north. He, however, discovers a plot by a French spy working for the West, who is ordered to win the competition so that they can control Africa`s mineral resources. Yan Jian is the only one who can put a stop to the conspiracy.
