While stranded in 1955, Marty McFly receives a 70-year-old message from his friend, Doctor Emmett Brown, who is trapped in 1885 and eventually murdered by Biff Tannen`s great-grandfather, Buford. In order to save Doc, Marty travels back to 1885 old west where his friend has run afoul of a gang of thugs and has fallen in love with a local schoolteacher.
