Good attempt !
Our neighbour country, Singapore, has always been rich in comedy, but this round they has challenged the “Zombie” story instead . The film tells the heroine Tan Kayu is a lazy reserve soldier who is reluctant to perform guard duties in an isolated military camp. However, he was completely unaware of it, a mysterious germ was spreading rapidly, turning his companion into a group of soulless walking dead. At the end of the day, Kayu had no choice but to fight with his dead rival, the tough and unrestricted commander, Bruce Lee, to find a way to live together. In addition to incorporating comedy elements into the horror theme of zombie, the new director JACEN TAN uses a number of local Singaporean actors who are unfamiliar to Malaysian audiences. Even though the film does not have the acquaintances of Mark Lee, Henry Thia and other actors from Jack Neo group, the main actors in the film such as Alaric, Benjamin Heng, and one of the top five of Miss Universe Singapore in 2016, Joeypink Lai’s acting is not bad , although they still have room for improvement in terms of comedy . The "corpse" makeup is also well done, but in terms of plot, it is a little stamina. Although the film can't be compared with South Korea's "Train To Busan" in all aspects, but it is a very good attempt! *
