A disgraced cop who's just gotten out of rehab has to take up a graveyard shift job at a city hospital morgue. One day a brutally massacred body arrives there. After its arrival at the morgue, the cop begins to witness bizarre, violent events around her. She later finds out that an evil entity manifests in the mysterious corpse.
