Synopsis

Masato Kusaka, who has returned, pairs with Mari Sonoda and others to work in cleaning shop "Kikuchi". Meanwhile, SMART BRAIN has become a governmental organisation, led by Kitazaki and transformed into a company that aims to annihilate all Orphnochs. In order to protect the Orphnochs from extinction, Kusaka fights against SMART BRAIN`s enforcer, Rena Kurumi. Surprisingly, she is assisted by Takumi Inui, who had disappeared years ago and returns as Kamen Rider NEXT Faiz!
