Set in 1966 Spain, English high school teacher Antonio is a die-hard fan of The Beatles. When he learns that his idol John Lennon is shooting the film How I Won the War on the other side of the country, he drives all the way to Almeria to meet him. On the way, he picks up two hitchhikers, Juanjo and Belen , and the three of them goes on an unlikely journey of dreams and freedom.
