A loving young couple once had a happy life but their lives changed when the husband Chee Peng (played by Jovean Yee) found his wife Angel (played by Loo Chin Mei) encountered with the third stage of bone cancer. Angel's illness gradually recovered, but good times ceased. The couple eventually divorced at the end.
On the other hand, Jun Yong (played by Lai Jiun Yong) who grew up in an orphanage has never seen his biological parent. In fact, Yong's father, Alex was imprisoned for drug trafficking. After Alex was released from prison, he finally found Yong. Both of tthem started a new life and embarked on a journey to find motherhood.
