The movie title can be misleading but the movie is totally a romance and sad story. The movie revolve around a girl with fatal pancreatic diseases and have a fairl short lifespan. Sakura meet a boy and the relationship bloom among them. As their relationship grew and they know more about each other, Sakura fall ill. The ending can be a bit surprising and I shouldn't reveal it. Overall, this anime version is more realistic and look better than the real man version in last year.
