This movie is based on the 2009 documentary Surviving Mumbai, which recounts the true story of the Taj Hotel terrorist attack in Mumbai in 2008. Hotel staff, among them the renowned chef Hemant Oberoi and a waiter, risk their lives to keep the guests safe. Meanwhile, a desperate couple wanting to protect their newborn child is among the people who are forced to make unthinkable sacrifices to protect themselves and their families during the attack.
